I designed, illustrated and produced a couple of things for THE KING OF CALIFORNIA, starring Michael Douglas and Evan Rachel Wood, written and directed by Mike Cahill. Douglas’s character Charlie finds this old book in the library of the mental institution that he is a temporary guest of, and it becomes his guide on a quest for buried Spanish gold, which he finds buried under a local CostCo.
